The squid_kerb_auth helper uses Proxy-Negotiate SPNEGO/Kerberos tickets from the Browser response to authenticate the user.
The squid_kerb_ldap helper authorises a user against an ldap server (Active Directory or OpenLdap) using Kerberos authentication and Kerberos encryption to the ldap server. As a backup a username/password over SSL can be used.
The project provides in addition a mini proxy squid_kerberizer (daemon(Unix) or service(Windows)) to authenticate clients(e.g. Skype) who can not authenticate with Kerberos to Squid.
The project is hosted at Sourceforge.net and the most current version of squid_kerb_auth/squid_kerb_ldap/squid_kerberizer
